Description
Ben Vines is a fifteen-year-old boy sure of his sexuality. Ben and his mum, Linda, live with Greg, her homophobic and abusive partner. Since he moved in life is unbearable. Greg’s bullyish and abusive behaviour towards Ben, has him living in fear and questioning power dynamics.
A chance encounter in detention — Ben for a late essay, and Chris Lombardi (St Michael’s heart-throb) for graffitiing — brings the boys together. Their friendship is challenged by men in powerful positions, forcing them to be brave in the face of danger.
